Duties of the Treasurer

The Treasurer

a. shall be incharge of the funds of the Association and shall receive all money on behalf of the Association.

b. shall open an account of behalf of the Association in a scheduled Bank Approved by the Executive Committee.

c. shall keep in his custody the pass books and cheque books.

d. shall submit the account to the Auditor for report.

e. the Bank account shall be operated jointly by any two out of the President,. Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Employee of the Association on such terms and conditions as the Executive Committee may prescribe through a resolution.
