ARTICLE 12

Meeting of the Executive Committee

a. the Committee shall convene meetings regularly as as when required.

b. ten clear days notice atleast shall be given for a meeting of te Committee. Emergent meetings may be called at shorter notice.

c. one-third members shall form quorum for a meeting of the committee.

d. in the absence of the President and the Vice President, members shall elect a Chairman from amongst themselves to preside over a meeting..
