ARTICLE 14

Business of the Annual meeting of the General Body

The following aims of business shall be transacted at the annual meeting of the General Body.

a. To impart knowledge of various kinds such as Civil, Hospital, Police, Finance and Foreign Affairs Administration, to Civil Services Officers so as to make them competent to deal with their role of regulatory authorities in a liberalised and global economy so that the results of the progress reach the needy and the poor.

b. Consideration and adoption of the report on the working of the Association, during the previous year.

c. Passing of the audited accounts for the above period.

d. Election of the office bearers and members of the Committee either by show of hands or by secret ballot as may be decided.

e. Consideration of any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
