WINDING UP

If the Association shall be wound up, due to any reason and if there remains any surplus,the surplus shall be distributed to other similar Associations and if it is not possible to pass on the surplus to similar Associations, then to any other Association engaged in charitable activities as envisaged in sub section 15 of section (2) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and which has been approved by the Income-tax department for the purpose of section 11 of the Income-tax Act with the approval of Governing Council.
