Duties and powers of President

The President, or in his absence, the Vice-president:-

a. shall exercise General supervision over the activities of the Association, subject to the control of the Governing Council.

b. shall preside over the meeting of the Committee.

c. dispose of such important and urgent, matters, which for want of time cannot be put TO the Committee, and report the same in the next meeting of the Committee.
