Duties
of the Secretary
The
Secretary and in his absence the Joint Secretary shall
(a)
be primarily responsible for the general management of the Association
(b)
deal with all matters relating to or concerning the Association
except those vitally affecting the Association.
(c)
keep control on income and expenditure.
(d)
convene all meetings of the Committee and the General Body.
(e)
draw and prepare a report of the working of the Association for
the outgoing year and have it approved by the Committee for presentation
to the General Body.
(f)
maintain a register showing the names and addresses of all members
and a consolidated inventory of articles, assets, etc, of the
Association.
(g)
maintain record of the minutes of the meetings of the Committee
and General Body:and
(h)
incur expenditure incidental to the performance of duties assigned
to him.
