Secretary to the Government of India in the pay scale of Rs.12,000-375-16,500/- p.m and above from All India Services
and Group 'A' Officers of equivalent status working under the Central
Government and those on deputation to PSU's and
Autonomous Institutions which are located in Delhi and its Satellite Towns
are eligible to be members of the institute.

per month (or a part thereof ) if
payment is made till June 30 .
iii) Rs.2500/- or Rs.1250/-+ 10.3% Service Tax and a late fee of Rs.
100/-per month (or a part thereof) till September 30.
