Civil Services Officers` Institute

All serving and retired officers of the grade of Deputy Secretary to the Government of India from All India Services and Group 'A' Officers of equivalent status working under the Central Government and those on deputation to PSU's and Autonomous Institutions which are located in Delhi and its Satellite Towns are eligible to be members of the institute.

Annual subscription (LOCAL) @ Rs.4500 + 12.36 % Service Tax payable by 31st March of the year preceding the financial year to which it relates.

FEES OUTSTATION MEMBERSHIP

Security Deposit	Rs. 5000.00	refundable

Annual subscription (OUTSTATION) - Rs.2250 + 12.36% Service Tax if member is outside Delhi and payable by 31st March of the year preceding the financial year to which it relates.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF ANNUAL FEE:

i) Rs. 4500/- or Rs.2250/- + 12.36% Service Tax per annum if payment is made before March 31.
ii) Rs. 4500/- or Rs.2250/- + 12.36% Service Tax and a late fee of Rs. 50/- per month (or a part thereof ) if payment is made till June 30 .
iii) Rs.4500/- or Rs.2250/-+ 12.36% Service Tax and a late fee of Rs. 100/-per month (or a part thereof) till September 30.

iv) If the membership dues are not paid by 30 September, the membership automatically goes into termination as per the Bye Laws of the Institute. It can then be revived only by paying a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- along with the dues.
