MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILTY

ELIGIBILTY

All serving and retired officers of the grade of Deputy Secretary to the Government of India in the pay scale of Rs.12,000-375-16,500/- p.m and above from All India Services and Group 'A' Officers of equivalent status working under the Central Government and those on deputation to PSU's and Autonomous Institutions which are located in Delhi and its Satellite Towns are eligible to be members of the institute.

Annual subscription (LOCAL) @ Rs.1800.00 payable by 31st March of the year preceding the financial year to which it relates

Annual subscription (OUTSTATION) - ) Rs. 900/- + 12.24% service tax per annum if payment is made before March 31. ii) Rs. 900/- + 12.24% service tax and a late fee of Rs. 50/- per month(or a part thereof ) if payment is made till June 30. iii) Rs.900/- + 12.24% service tax and a late fee of Rs. 100/-per month ( or a part thereof ) till September 30.
FEE STRUCTURE ( LOCAL) i) Rs. 1800/- + 12.24% service tax per annum if payment is made before March 31. ii) Rs. 1800/- + 12.24% service tax and a late fee of Rs. 50/- per month(or a part thereof ) if payment is made till June 30 . iii) Rs.1800/- + 12.24% service tax and a late fee of Rs. 100/-per month ( or a part thereof )till September 30. Failure to pay subscription by September 30th would result in automatic termination of the membership. REVIVAL The revival of membership can be considered on payment of all arrears, late fee and an additional payment of Rs.1500/- as re-admission fee.
