New Lounge –Rendezvous (Ground Floor):- Capacity – 48.  The New Lounge will provide a venue for the members to promote social interaction. A limited dry snacks menu is being served. Liquor is not served here.

Conference Room (First Floor):- Capacity-45.  The erstwhile T. T room has been developed as conference room.. This has been done for the purpose of holding conferences, meetings, seminars, talks, and for organizing cultural programmes etc. On Saturdays and Sundays English and Hindi Movies are shown on big screen. 

Speciality Restaurant – Tulip (First Floor):- Capacity – 48.  The centrally air conditioned Tulip provides Chinese and Continental Cuisine. Tulip has an additional balcony, which consists of all weather wrought iron furniture with the additional capacity for 28 persons. 

Health Club (First Floor):- The Health Club is operational where the Gymnasium and Spa area (separately for Ladies and Gents) are centrally air-conditioned with facilities like Steam & Cold Water Bath, Jacuzzi, Sauna etc. The timings are 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
 GYM CHARGES:
Member: Rs. 300/- + tax per month per person, Rs. 55/- per visit by CSOI member. 
Guest: Rs.25/- at the CSOI reception as guest charges and Rs.165/- per visit to the Gym or spa per hour (CSOI member should accompany the guest ) .

Party Facilities:- Members can host parties in the following areas:

• Party Room for 35 persons (rental Rs. 600 + 10.3% S. Tax + Rs. 400 for Bar)
• New Party Room for 50 persons ( rental 750 +10.3% S. Tax + 500 for Bar)
• Vatika for 160 persons  (rental Rs. 1500 + 10.3% S. Tax + Rs. 1000 for Bar)
• Front Lawn for 200 persons ( Rental 2250 +10.3% S. Tax and no Bar)
• Conference Room for Lunch and High Tea (12 to 3 p.m & 3 to 6 p.m only ) where snacks, tea and coffee are only served during Conferences, and no other major meals are served. (Rental Rs. 750 + 10.3% S. Tax). No bookings for Saturday and Sundays.

Members are also requested to make the necessary party bookings/ arrangements between 3 to 8 p.m. at the Reception on all working days.

Library (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

·         Members are requested to send in their suggestions for purchase of books and magazines for the CSOI Library to the General Manager for the consideration of the Library Committee.  Similarly, names of family movies and children’s movies may also be sent to the General Manager.

·         Members are requested to get the Library cards made, on any working day, through the librarian. Only Four books (two books and two magazines) are issued per Membership number for fifteen days .

·         Members are requested to avoid bringing children (below five years) in the Library for the convenience of fellow Members.

·         It was decided to stock good autobiographies authored by civil servants.  Members may send the details of such autobiographies.

·         In case of movie CDs, the rent shall be Rs. 15/- for two days with a late fee of Rs. 15/- per day for every additional day. In case the CD is damaged or lost, the Member will have to replace the CD with an original version only or deposit its cost.

·         CSOI has placed orders for purchase of more than 200 books and many of these have already been received.

·         Members desirous of donating books may send the list of books to the Library Committee for screening and approval. Books, which are suitable for the Library and are in good condition alone, will be accepted.  Donated books not found suitable for Library shall be offered to Members free of cost for a certain period and thereafter disposed of.

·         The late fee shall be Re. 1/- per day per book and per magazine, limited to the maximum of the cost of the book/magazine. In case a book or a magazine is lost, the Member will have to replace it and, in case it is not available, the cost of the book will have to be deposited with CSOI.  In all the cases, late fee shall be applicable till the day the book is returned.
