All members are requested to pay their annual subscription for the year 2010-11 by March 31, 2010 by cheque along with validation card. 

Thereafter subscription is accepted by CSOI till September 30, 2010 with late fee.  Members who do not pay their annual subscription till September 30, 2010 will be listed for termination under the bye-laws of CSOI.Those members who did not pay their subscription for 2009-10 till September 30, 2009 were listed in termination.  However, the Executive Committee has allowed restoration of their membership with a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) to be paid till March 31, 2010.  No representation, there after will be entertained.

It is pertinent in the interest of members that they clear their dues on time and update their contact address, telephone numbers, email IDs whenever any change takes place.

Validation data form has been dispatched to all members along with Newsletter of December 2009.  But as on date, only 20 percent members have forwarded their validation form. 

The onus for failure of communication has with the member for not updating his/her mailing address.  Over 15 percent of mail dispatched to members in December 2009 has returned undelivered indicating callous altitude.

Members are requested to update their data on regular basis once a year at the time of payment of subscription and check their records with CSOI for correctness.
