Members are requested to check bills before making Payments. Payments of Catering ,Tentage & security refund may kindly be done immediately after the party at the reception of csoi.


Guest & Chauffer driven vehicles are to be parked outside the Institute.


No decorations on the walls and blinds in the Party Rooms.


Capacity of the Party venue should be strictly followed.


The following timing will be strictly adhered to: Lunch 12-3PM, Hi-Tea 3.30-6.30PM, Dinner 7-10PM

BAR servcices for lunch – 12 N to 2.30 P.M. & DINNER – 7 to 10 P.M. ONLY. NO LIQUOR ON CORKAGE .

  • MEMNBER SHOULD PERSONALLY BOOK THE PARTY & FOR HIS PERSONEEL FUNCTIONS ONLY AND SIGN AN UNDERTAKING.
  • MARRIAGE, D.J & LIVE MUSIC NOT PERMITTED IN THE INSTITUTE.
  • 12.5% V.A.T & % Service Tax ON FOOD.
  • 20% V.A.T. ON LIQUOR & SOFT BEVERAGE.
  • SNACKS & BEVERAGES ARE CHARGED SEPARATE AS PER REQUIREMENT.
  • LIQUOR ON CORKAGE IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARTIES. LIQUOR & WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE BY C.S.O.I ONLY.
  • CATERING / TENTAGE ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE FINALISED / CONFIRMED 48hrs IN ADVANCEOF THE PARTY DAY.
