has been general appreciation of the facilities provided by
the Civil Services |
| Officers'
Institute and it has become a popular place for relaxation
and social interaction |
| amongst
its members and their dependents. Due to constraint of space
, the membership |
| of
the Institute had to be closed down sometime back. However,
on persistent demand it |
| has
been decided to have 1000 more applications for 'Waiting List'
for the purpose of future |
membership
of the Institute .

| 2).All
officers of the Grade of Deputy Secretary to the Government
of India and above |
| and
Group'A' officers of equivalent status (serving & retired)
working under the Central |
| Government
and those on deputation to PSUs and Autonomous institutions,
are eligible to |
| be
Members of the Institute.Officers satisfying the eligibility
criteria may apply in the |
| prescribed
membership form, which would be available from the Institute
on payment of |
| Rs20/-
per form w.e.f July 1,2k1 Applications would be accepted w.e.f
July 15, 2k1 between |
| 12:30
hrs to 17:00 hrs, along with non-refundable registration fee
of Rs. 250/- and entrance |
| fee
of Rs. 3000/- in each case by local cheque/DD payable at New
Delhi. Waiting List would |
| be
operated in the order in which the applications are received
in the Institute. Waiting List |
| would
be closed after accepting 1000 applications.The application

It is requested that this may be widely circulated amongst
eligible officers working in |
| Ministries/Departments
(including attached and subordinate offices) and those on

deputation
to PSUs and autonomous Institutions.

membership
of the Institute.

| 2).
Eligibility : |
| All
serving and retired officers of the Grade of Deputy Secretary
to the Government of |
| India
in the pay scale of Rs. 12,000-375-16,500/- p.m and above
from All India Services |
| and
Group'A' officers of equivalent status working under the Central
Government and those |
| on
deputation to PSUs and Autonomous Institutions are eligible
to be Members of the |
Institute.

| Outstation
Officers- Rs. 300/- if family is not staying in Delhi
and its Satellite Towns and |

if family is residing in Delhi or its satellite towns. |

: Payment accepted only through Demand Drafts / Local Cheques

| 5).
NOTE: |
| (i)
Application for waiting list would be accepted along with
the registration fee of Rs250/-(non -refundable) and Entrance
fee of Rs. 3,000/- (plus Rs.20/- if the application form has
not been obtained on pre-payment basis) in favour of CSOI,
NEW DELHI. |

| (ii)The
admission fee, security deposit and subscription rates may
be changed at any time at the disc-retion of the Executive
Committtee. |
| |
| (iii)
Admission fee of Rs3000/- is refundable on reciept of request
for withdrawal from the waiting list. |
| |
(iv)
Applicants will be informed in writing about status of their
request about waiting list within two months from the date
of their application.

Applicants may intimate change of address for updating the
records.
(vi)Application form to accompany certificate of pay
and photocopy of identity card. |
